Veronica Pizer
Owner

Veronica purchased the business in July 2018. She has extensive business experience and a background in finance and banking. While working on the purchase she undertook the AUSTSWIM teacher training and industry hours so that she could fully understand the business and the challenges faced by her people. Veronica works “in the business” whenever required and “on the business” the rest of the time.

Shruthi Mahalingam
Head Swimming Instructor/Manager

Shruthi has a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Business (Sport Management) and a Certificate 2 in Sport Coaching. She was previously working as an aquatic supervisor and swimming teacher. In addition to being a champion swimmer while at university, Shruthi was awarded Best Sportsperson of the years 2015-2018 for excellence in academics and sports during her undergraduate degree. She also has significant Customer Service experience.

Aishwarya Sekhar
Swimming Instructor/Assistant Manager

Aishwarya has a Bachelors in Psychology, Master of Business (Sport Management) and a Certificate 2 in Sport Coaching. She previously worked as a swim teacher and in various sport organizations as a customer service agent and administration assistant. She has extensive experience working in the sport sector in Australia and India and is passionate about assisting children to develop their full potential with the help of sport.
