Customer Portal
Our customer portal is an app which you can use to let us know of absences, book make-ups, view your child’s achieved skills, view your invoices and more.
Click on one of the options below for instructions.
Portal Set Up Instructions
Start by downloading the ThinkSmart Portal App using one of the links below.
If the links attached are broken / not working, please search for the ‘ThinkSmart Portal’. The search result should show the following app:
Once downloaded, please follow the steps below to register/log in to use the portal.
When you first open the app you will be greeted by this page.
If you have already registered an account using the link from our email, select EMAIL and log in.
Otherwise,
Select CODE
Enter the code: WN24N77K
Press Submit
Enter your details. Ensure you use the same email that you enrolled with.
Press Submit Registration
A unique code will be sent to your email.
Enter the code and press OK
After reading the Terms and Conditions:
Tick the box to accept
Sign in the box
Click Accept
This is the portal home page
Tap the 3 lines to navigate the portal via the Main Menu
Enrollments & Make-ups
From the Main Menu:
Under Classes, select View Enrollments to see your student’s current enrollments. This will show both their weekly class and any make-ups they are booked in for.
Example:
In order to book a make-up class, you need to notify us in advance according to our T&C’s
Select Notify Absences on the Main Menu
Click Notify Absence next to the desired date
By default the app will show the next 3 weeks. To notify an absence further in advance you can select View Details and then navigate to the desired date.
Return to the Main Menu and select Book Make-ups
Select Book Make-up for the desired absence
Browse the available classes and select Add to Cart on the desired class
Select Add Filter to filter the classes by day
Select the date range to change the week of classes shown
Note: You will only be able to book a make-up class up to 2 weeks in advance
Invoicing & Payments
Under Financials in the main menu:
Select Invoices & Receipts to view or pay any open invoices, or see any past payments
or
Select Upcoming Payments to see any scheduled payments
Tracking Your Student’s Progress
Select Students from the Main Menu
Select Skill Sets under to the desired student
Under Current you will be able to view the status of each skill in your student’s current level
or
Under Completed you will be able to view the levels your student has passed
